Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a related field is an asset.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in dispatch management service software, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Windows.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with tight deadlines.
  • Weight Handling: Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, judgment, organized, reliable, and a team player.
