Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Head Dispatcher Coordinator to join our team at Syndicate Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and resolving work problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Coordination: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime.
  • Operational Oversight: Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Work Conditions: Work under pressure, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 32 to 37.5 hours per week.
