About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Head Dispatcher to join our team at All Link Logistics System Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Task Prioritization: Develop and implement specific plans to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Operational Logistics: Organize and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including the coordination of activities with other work units or departments.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as required.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English (Work Language).
  • Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
