- Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor specialist chefs, chefs, cooks, and other kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Culinary Expertise: Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food to meet our high culinary standards.
- Menu Planning: Collaborate with our culinary team to plan menus that meet quality standards and cater to diverse customer needs.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Equipment Management: Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs to maintain a well-maintained and efficient kitchen environment.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
- Operational Efficiency: Plan and implement processes to optimize kitchen operations, reduce waste, and improve productivity.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Environment: Permanent position, 32 to 35 hours per week.
- Language: English.
