About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Consultant to join our team at LED GIANT. As a Technical Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in promoting our LED lighting solutions to existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote Sales: Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest LED lighting technologies and products to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Reporting and Proposals: Develop reports and proposals to illustrate the benefits of our LED lighting solutions to clients.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver sales presentations to clients to promote our products and services.
  • International Sales: Represent our company in international sales transactions and negotiations.
  • Contract Administration: Prepare and administer sales contracts with clients.
  • Sales Forecasting: Use sales forecasting software to predict sales trends and identify opportunities.
  • Electronic Commerce: Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce platforms.
  • Price Quotations: Provide price quotations, credit terms, warranties, and delivery dates to clients.
  • Product Design: Provide input into product design to ensure that our products meet client needs.
  • Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients after sales to ensure customer satisfaction.
