Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at U V CONN INC. as a key member of our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, identifying and soliciting potential clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote sales to existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Assess client's needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services
  • Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of good or service
  • Deliver sales presentations and use sales forecasting software to track sales performance
  • Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce and provide input into product design
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and resolve product and service related problems
  • Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists and estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or service
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales and customer service
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and MS PowerPoint
  • Experience in consulting services, electrical and electronic equipment, and telecommunications equipment and services
  • Basic security clearance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work as part of a team
