Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional administrative support, including optimizing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing agendas and minutes.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while performing assigned tasks, including preparing and reviewing real estate and business documents.
  • Organize and prioritize large volumes of information and calls, manage and maintain contract documents, and coordinate offering materials.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, expand our market reach, and serve as a key point of contact for clients.
  • Analyze market trends and economic indicators, develop comparative market analysis reports, and identify investment and acquisition opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, with real estate industry experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and Canva.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong networking and interpersonal skills, and a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
