We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Photo Studio Project Specialist to join our team at EQ3. As a key member of our content team, you will be responsible for coordinating and orchestrating all content deliverables and projects incoming and outgoing from our internal Palliser photo studios (Canada and Mexico) from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule project requirements to ensure timely completion and budget adherence for our various consumer-facing brands (Palliser/EQ3/Encore).
  • Develop workback schedules to ensure photography and post-production are completed in time for launches/markets/in-store releases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine product needs and deliverables.
  • Document scripts/shot lists and communicate with photographers to ensure all necessary content is captured.
  • Manage post-production activities, including clean-up, product return, and file exports.
  • Triage and manage photo and video-related requests from all brands.
  • Develop project costing outlines, budgets, and lead time estimates for internal stakeholders approval.
  • Manage third-party agencies and act as the primary liaison for external relationships.
  • Scout and book potential shoot locations as requested.
  • Create and optimize in-house and external photography process SOPs.
  • Secure required safety permits and insurance policies for external shoots.
  • Prioritize multiple ongoing projects according to deadlines provided/created.
  • Challenge current processes and innovate best practices for all aspects of the role.
Requirements
  • Degree or diploma in project management, business, marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a project management/coordination role.
  • Experience in a production-related environment is a strong asset.
  • Experience or interest in the furniture industry is an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of pre-production, production, and post-production processes for both photography and videography.
  • Experience with graphic design/Adobe Suite (specifically Photoshop & Lightroom) is an asset.
  • Expert-level experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools and software (Zoho Projects, Asana, etc.).
  • General knowledge of photography, videography, and related software (Capture One, Adobe Suite).
  • Willingness to learn and adopt post-production processes when required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
