About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Photo Studio Project Coordinator to join our team at EQ3. As a key member of our content creation team, you will be responsible for coordinating and orchestrating all content deliverables and projects incoming and outgoing from our internal photo studios.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule project requirements to ensure timely completion and budget adherence for our various consumer-facing brands.
  • Content Planning: Create workback schedules that allow for photography and post-production to be completed in time for launches, markets, and in-store releases.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-departmentally to determine product needs and deliverables, and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Scripting and Scheduling: Document scripts and shot lists, and communicate with photographers and other team members to ensure all necessary content is captured.
  • Post-Production: Ensure all post-production activities are administered, including clean-up, product return, and file exports.
  • Asset Management: Manage and optimize in-house and external photography processes, and secure necessary permits and insurance policies.
  • Project Prioritization: Prioritize multiple ongoing projects according to deadlines and requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Challenge current processes and innovate best practices for all aspects of the role.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree or diploma in project management, business, marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in a project management or coordination role, with experience in a production-related environment a strong asset.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of pre-production, production, and post-production processes for photography and videography, as well as proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
