Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Finlayson Hospitality Partners Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Monitor revenues to determine labour costs, plan and organize daily operations, and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet business needs, set staff work schedules, and conduct performance reviews to ensure high standards are maintained.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
- Financial Management: Cost products and services, organize and maintain inventory, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
