- Curate tailored product selections for each customer interaction

The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in specialty retail or a similar customer-focused environment is preferred, but not mandatory
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to learn across various store functions
- A strong dedication to delivering exceptional experiences for both employees and customers
- The ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
- Capability to lift medium to large items, up to 40 pounds, while adhering to safety protocols
- Availability for a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English is required for positions in specific regions; knowledge of additional languages is an asset
