Customer Experience Specialist

BRC Group - Tayco and BRC is seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to oversee all stages of the order lifecycle from beginning to end. This role requires expert customer service and organizational skills to ensure accuracy of orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain open communication with customers to achieve a maximum level of customer satisfaction.
  • Data entry from customer Purchase Orders into our system, with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ensure the efficient coordination of all assigned orders.
  • Notify customers of issues concerning orders and provide workable solutions.
  • Collaborate with the production team to expedite orders and accommodate special delivery requests.
  • Provide prompt and accurate freight quotes.
  • Assist with order corrections when required.
  • Assist customers with warranty requests.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years' experience in customer service, order fulfillment, or a related field.
  • PC skills, including Microsoft Windows and CRM software.
  • Experience administering projects and planning logistically for all phases of a project life cycle.
  • Furniture knowledge and experience is a requirement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work irregular hours and extended shifts as needed.

  • Experience reading and interpreting architectural plans, specifications, and elevations.
  • One to two years of related work experience in commercial office furniture, architecture, and interior design.

  • Flexibility to pivot on a dime.

Working Conditions:

  • Some travel is required.
  • Ability to attend and conduct presentations.
  • Manual dexterity required to use a desktop computer and peripherals.
  • Overtime as required.

Salary Range: $50,000 to $55,000
