About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Support Team Supervisor to lead a small group of professionals in a supported living environment in Halifax. This role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality care and support for individuals in our service.

Your Responsibilities

As a Support Team Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing leadership and guidance to your team
  • Managing team schedules and supervisions
  • Overseeing support plans and conducting risk assessments
  • Collaborating with a Regional Case Manager to ensure the best outcomes for those we support

About You

The ideal candidate will possess a background in care and support, demonstrating the ability to work independently and effectively manage challenging situations. You should have a personable approach and be skilled in recognizing and addressing trigger points to prevent escalation.
