About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at TripleClean Exhaust Maintenance Inc. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our industrial equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties efficiently.
  • Inspect and Maintain Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities and equipment to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Prepare Budgets and Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning operations, including the procurement of necessary equipment and supplies.
  • Coordinate Cleaning Schedules: Plan and coordinate cleaning schedules to ensure that all areas of our facilities are cleaned regularly and efficiently.
  • Operate Cleaning Equipment: Operate and maintain a range of cleaning equipment, including steam cleaners, pressure cleaners, and hydroblasters.
  • Clean Industrial Equipment: Clean and maintain industrial equipment, including chimneys, vents, and filters.
  • Provide Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, including responding to their cleaning needs and concerns.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a cleaning or supervisory role.
  • Work Environment: Confined spaces, wet/damp, dusty, outdoors, cold/refrigerated, hot.
  • Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, handling heavy loads.
  • Language: English.
