Job Title: Law Clerk

We are seeking a highly skilled Law Clerk to join our team at MBLAW Professional Corporation. As a Law Clerk, you will play a crucial role in supporting our lawyers in the preparation of legal documents, contracts, and other materials.

Responsibilities:
  • Draft and prepare legal documents, contracts, and other materials under the supervision of our lawyers.
  • Assist in the preparation of court reports, affidavits, and other legal documents.
  • Provide administrative support to our lawyers, including data entry, filing, and other tasks.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of legal software applications and MS Office.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload.
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a law firm or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of legal software applications and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and under pressure.
