Position Overview

Vaghela Enterprises Inc is seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper to manage and maintain our financial records with precision and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Management: Calculate and prepare payroll cheques.
  • Asset Management: Determine fixed assets and their depreciation.
  • Financial Record Maintenance: Establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • General Ledger Oversight: Maintain general ledgers and prepare financial statements.
  • Journal Entries: Post journal entries accurately.
  • Reporting: Prepare various statistical, financial, and accounting reports.
  • Trial Balance Preparation: Prepare trial balances of books.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts regularly.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in MS Outlook and MS Windows.
Work Environment
  • Requires strong attention to detail.
  • Overtime may be necessary.
  • Involves repetitive tasks.
Personal Attributes
  • Must demonstrate accuracy and dependability.
  • Reliability is essential.
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Permanent position with 30 hours of work per week.
