Financial Record Keeper

At Vaghela Enterprises Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Record Keeper to join our team. As a Financial Record Keeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities:

* Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
* Post journal entries
* Prepare trial balance of books
* Reconcile accounts
* Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
* Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
* Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems

Requirements:

* 5 years or more of experience in bookkeeping and financial record-keeping
* College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

Hours: 30 hours per week
