Position Overview

Vaghela Enterprises Inc is seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper to manage our financial records and ensure accuracy in our accounting processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background and extensive experience in bookkeeping.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in bookkeeping or accounting roles
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process payroll cheques
  • Assess and calculate fixed assets along with their depreciation
  • Maintain comprehensive financial records and balance multiple accounts through both manual and computerized systems
  • Oversee general ledgers and generate financial statements
  • Record journal entries accurately
  • Compile statistical, financial, and accounting reports
  • Prepare and file tax returns
  • Generate trial balances of financial books
  • Conduct account reconciliations
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
