We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at FREELANDT CALDWELL REILLY LLP. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial records and accounts of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial statements.
- Accounting and Bookkeeping: Perform various accounting and bookkeeping tasks, such as calculating fixed assets and depreciation, reconciling accounts, and preparing trial balances.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management and other stakeholders, including statistical, financial, and accounting reports.
- Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in using various accounting software, including Caseware/Caseview, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Quick Books, Simply Accounting, TaxPrep, MS Office, and Xero.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree in Accounting or related field.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Skills: Excellent attention to detail, ability to work independently, and strong organizational skills.
As a Bookkeeper at FREELANDT CALDWELL REILLY LLP, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and overtime requirements. You must be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
