About the Role

NTT DATA Services is seeking a dynamic Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to join our People & Organization Consulting Practice. As an OCM Lead, you will play a key role in helping our clients navigate complex change initiatives and achieve their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive OCM strategies to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Drive faster adoption, increased utilization, and greater proficiency of affected employees to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and achieve the desired business results and outcomes for clients.
  • Manage change readiness, adoption baseline, measurement, and monitoring to assess effectiveness of People & Organization activities.
  • Design, mobilize, and manage a network of change advocates.
  • Apply best practice OCM methodologies to develop a customized client change management approach.
  • Identify new and innovative ways to accelerate clients through their change journey.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience contributing to and leading successful OCM initiatives using a methodology-driven approach.
  • Prosci, ACMP, or an equivalent OCM certification.
  • Experience coaching and managing a matrixed and cross-functional team of up to 10 members.
  • Strong project management experience, including schedule, scope, issue, and risk management.
Preferred Skills
  • 2 or more years in organization development / design; organizational effectiveness; culture and workforce transformation; learning and training design, development, and delivery.
  • Impressive communication skills, with the ability to skillfully craft executive summaries and detailed information and reports for leadership.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
