About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Organizational Change Management Lead to join our team at NTT DATA Services. As a key member of our People & Organization Consulting Practice, you will play a critical role in helping our clients navigate complex change initiatives and achieve their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies to drive employee adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results and exceed client expectations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to address their challenges.
  • Apply best practice change management methodologies to drive business outcomes and achieve desired results.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and advance their careers.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in organizational change management, preferably in a consulting firm.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful change initiatives and driving business outcomes.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.
Preferred Qualifications
  • OCM certification (e.g. Prosci, ACMP).
  • Experience with change management methodologies and tools (e.g. ADKAR, 3-Phase Change).
  • Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to analyze complex business problems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
