Job Title: Technical Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at Teltonika IOT Solutions Canada Ltd.

Job Summary

The Technical Sales Specialist will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, identifying and soliciting potential clients, and assessing client needs to recommend appropriate goods or services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote sales to existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Assess client needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services
  • Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of goods or services
  • Deliver sales presentations and prepare sales contracts
  • Use sales forecasting software to track sales performance
  • Conduct sales transactions through electronic commerce and provide customer support
  • Provide input into product design to ensure client needs are met
  • Train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment
  • Resolve product and service-related problems and troubleshoot equipment issues
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in an urban area
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a 30-hour workweek. The work language is English.
