Job Title: Warehouse Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrative Assistant to join our team at Randstad Canada. This is a contract role with the potential to lead to a full-time, permanent position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and prepare part order packets for the warehouse shop floor
  • Enter data into an ERP system, including generating and assigning lot numbers, matching purchase orders, and handling invoices
  • Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure efficient operations
  • Wear safety shoes and follow all safety protocols
Requirements:
  • 12 years of administrative experience in an industrial-related setting (an asset)
  • Strong data entry and computer skills
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and multitask
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of reliability and consistency
What We Offer:
  • Training on the ERP system
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm schedule
  • Pay rate: $18.20/hour (depending on experience)
