Warehouse Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrative Assistant to join our team at Randstad in Waterloo, ON. This contract role has the potential to lead to a full-time, permanent position for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and prepare part order packets for placement in the warehouse on the shop floor.
- Perform data entry into an ERP system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Match purchase orders and process invoicing in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, including the requirement for safety shoes.
