About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 10565 NFLD Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of our menu items.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Culinary Leadership: Supervise and train a team of cooks to ensure that all menu items are prepared to perfection.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that all ingredients and supplies are available when needed.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all menu items are prepared to order and presented in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
