We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at The Labrador Inn. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff
- Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise
- Source high-quality ingredients and manage inventory
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Collaborate with our events team to create customized menus for special occasions
- 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role
- Proven track record of success in leading a kitchen team
- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- Strong communication and leadership skills
