Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Manager to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the execution of all marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives, tight timelines, and full budget oversight.


Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy and Execution
    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
    • Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
    • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
  • Marketing Operations
    • Oversee the management of marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective campaigns and optimal resource allocation.
    • Design and manage real-time dashboards to monitor key marketing metrics and KPIs.
    • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Act as the central point of communication between the Marketing department and other teams.
    • Provide regular updates on progress, address roadblocks, and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business priorities and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Regulatory Compliance
    • Ensure all marketing initiatives meet regulatory compliance standards in collaboration with the Compliance team.


Requirements

  • Experience
    • 8+ years of experience in business management, preferably in financial services.
  • Skills
    • Expertise with Microsoft SharePoint for managing project documents, workflows, and team collaboration.
    • Expertise in using Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams for internal and external communications, scheduling, and coordination.
    • Proficiency in Asana and Monday.com for managing tasks, timelines, and team collaboration.
    • Experience with data visualization and KPI tracking tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or Microsoft Power BI for creating dashboards and reports.
    • Experience with Salesforce and marketing automation software for campaign tracking and customer engagement.
    • Basic understanding of WordPress for managing website updates and content.
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English (written and verbal).
