As our new Business Development Director, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by leading a team of Marketing Consultants and leveraging your expertise in senior-level B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities within our CRM system to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to expand our customer base and increase market share
  • Lead and motivate a team of Marketing Consultants to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional results
  • Collaborate with the Vice President, Business Development to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing approach remains innovative and effective
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of generating sales and driving revenue growth in a B2B sales environment
  • Experience in recruitment and team management, with a strong focus on sales and marketing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
