Your Role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Leader to join our team at Kuehne Nagel. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and cost-effective operation of our warehouse.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement programs to optimize warehouse operations and reduce costs;
  • Lead a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless execution of tasks;
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel;
  • Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements;
  • Manage inventory, receiving, storing, shipping, and handling of goods, ensuring accurate and timely processing;
  • Train and develop staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement;
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, providing insights to inform business decisions;
Your Skills and Experiences
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a warehouse or distribution centre environment;
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience in team management and development;
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and returns;
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment;
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, on-call, and varied shifts;
