Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Arirang Warehouse. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse operations, including inventory levels, stock movements, and equipment maintenance.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all computer equipment and machinery are in good working order, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of warehouse staff, including conducting performance reviews and coordinating work assignments.
- Inventory Control: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, and establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient inventory management.
- Logistics Coordination: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including arranging for transportation and storage of goods.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
