Warehouse Supervisor Job Description

Arirang Warehouse is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports on warehouse operations, inventory levels, and other key metrics.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper maintenance and repair of computer equipment and machinery to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of warehouse staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inventory Control: Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems to ensure accurate tracking and management of inventory levels.
  • Logistics and Supply Chain: Coordinate and oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods, as well as the management of supplier relationships.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Working Conditions:

  • 30-40 hours per week.
  • Permanent position.
  • English language required.
