About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team at Lifemark Physiotherapy Kingston & Brock. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and treat adults with complex musculoskeletal, neurological, and mental health conditions
- Develop and implement holistic, individualized treatment plans based on critical analysis and clinical reasoning
- Manage a diverse caseload in a fast-paced multidisciplinary work environment
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team of clinicians and various stakeholders
- Participate in case conferences and case management
- Preceptorship/co-preceptorship of Occupational Therapy students

Requirements- Registration (member in good standing) with the provincial College of Occupational Therapists
- Solid experience in assessing and treating adults with complex musculoskeletal, neurological, and mental health conditions
- Ability to be self-directed and autonomous, working independently and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritize, manage self-scheduling, and meet reporting deadlines
- Demonstrated commitment to post-graduate professional development
- Excellent oral, written, and report-writing skills
- Proficiency with computers and new technology
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
