Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Community Advantage Rehabilitation (CAR), a division of Lifemark. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality occupational therapy services to adults in the Durham Region.
About the Role:- Provide community-based occupational therapy services to adults in their place of residence.
- Conduct assessments and develop evidence-based intervention plans to promote independence and functional ability.
- Collaborate with clients, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Document assessment findings, care plans, and progress in accordance with CAR and COTO standards.
- Registered Occupational Therapist with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
- Experience working in a community setting is preferred, but new graduates are also considered.
- Ability to work independently and as part of an inter-professional team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with computers and ability to prioritize tasks.
