Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enhanced Services Supervisor to join our team near Spadina Avenue and Dundas Street West. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of enhanced services to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of enhanced services staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service integration and coordination.
  • Monitor and report on service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in supervisory or management roles, preferably in a social services or housing context.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
