Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At AL-BASEER FOODS INC., we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our food service operations.
  • Requisition Food and Supplies: Source and procure high-quality food and kitchen supplies to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are met.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and development opportunities to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate and Manage Inventory: Accurately estimate and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control and Customer Service: Ensure that our food and service meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
