Job Title: Logistics Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and organized Logistics Supervisor to join our team at KC HR Services Inc.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing the delivery process, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods. The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of drivers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of delivery drivers to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor and analyze transportation costs, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking and reporting on status updates.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in logistics or transportation.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with MS Excel and Word.
