Pinnacle Security Services Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team.
Job SummaryThe Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees. This is a key leadership role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards, ensuring they are performing their duties to the highest standard.
- Monitor and report on security incidents, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of our clients and employees.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and secure work environment.
- Train and develop security guards to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a security-related role.
- Security Guard License.
- CPR Certificate.
- First Aid Certificate.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
