Job Title: Enhanced Support Services Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Enhanced Support Services Technician to join our team at NTT DATA Services. As an ESS Technician, you will play a critical role in providing advanced onsite and remote technical support to senior executive users who require unique IT support services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, and mobile devices
  • Install and configure computer hardware and software, communications, and peripheral devices
  • Resolve technical problems over the phone or on-site
  • Assess and adjust technical solutions based on client-specific issues
  • Provide instruction to customers on systems, applications, and protocols
  • Alert Manager to current or potential problems with systems, applications, or customer service requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience with desktop/software support and hardware (break/fix)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience providing support to Executive Level personnel
  • Technical degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows Domains, Active Directory, mobile device configuration and deployment, and printer support
