Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced In-House Training Manager to join our team at Richmond Hill Toyota. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Direct and control daily operations, including staff supervision and performance management.
- Plan and control budget and expenditures related to training and development initiatives.
- Develop and implement human resources policies and programs that support the organization's strategic objectives.
- Review HR projects to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Train staff on various topics, including leadership development, communication skills, and diversity and inclusion.
- Advise managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements.
- Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure a fair and equitable work environment.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
