Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Onyx Stones & Custom Cabinets Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing staff, and implementing effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Lead and manage a team of 3-4 sales staff, assigning duties and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to determine consumer demand, sales volumes, and competitor activity, informing our sales and marketing strategies.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the products and services to be sold, ensuring they meet customer needs and drive sales growth.
- Price and Credit Policies: Develop and implement price and credit policies, balancing revenue and expense management.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring excellent customer service and loyalty.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in point-of-sale systems and technology.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with attention to detail, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
