Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Manage a team of 3-4 sales staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, consumer demand, and competitor activity, informing sales and marketing strategies.
  • Merchandise and Services: Determine the range of products and services to be sold, ensuring they meet customer needs and drive sales growth.
  • Price and Credit Policies: Develop and implement pricing and credit policies that balance revenue growth with customer satisfaction.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute marketing plans to promote products, services, and the company brand, driving sales and customer engagement.
  • Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, requests, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Operational Efficiency: Balance daily transactions, manage inventory, and maintain a fast-paced work environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail sales or management role.
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced retail business environment.
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in point of sale systems and other retail technology.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
