Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Onyx Stones & Custom Cabinets Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Manage a team of 3-4 people, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to excel in their roles.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and competitor activity.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring they meet customer needs and drive sales.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced retail environment, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
