About the Role

WhiteWater is seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Developer to join our Information Technology team at our Richmond head office. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for the development and administration of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (ERP) application and related cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Application Lifecycle Development: Responsible for the full application lifecycle development, including design, development, testing, configuration, and deployment of D F&O business solutions.
  • Business Process Design: Participate in designing and modifying business processes in response to changing business requirements and/or to seek process efficiencies.
  • System and User Training: Develop and maintain system and user training documentation.
  • Report Development: Author and modify D F&O reports.
  • Software Integrations: Assist with software integrations and/or data migrations involving D F&O.
  • User Support: Provide user support for technical issues that need developer assistance.
  • Software Updates: Lead activities necessary for Microsoft D F&O software updates.
  • Cloud ERP Deployments: Manage cloud ERP deployments using Lifecycle Services.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar working experience.
  • Technical Experience: + years of D F&O (or Microsoft AX) hands-on technical experience.
  • Workflow Configuration: + years of D F&O workflow configuration and report development experience.
  • Business Solution Development: Experience developing business solutions for D F&O with X++ in Visual Studio.
  • LCS Administration: Experience with LCS (Lifecycle Services) and administering D F&O cloud environments.
  • Source Control Management: Experience managing source control with Azure DevOps.
  • Power Platform Development: Experience with Power Platform development is an asset.
  • Azure Development: Experience with Azure development is an asset.
