About the Role

The Manufacturing Engineering Coordinator is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring the successful execution of manufacturing programs. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, optimize supply chain operations, and ensure quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead all aspects of assigned programs from inception to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate contracts, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address quality issues and prevent future occurrences.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions, procedures, and training materials.
  • Provide training and support to production staff on new processes and procedures.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to identify and implement opportunities for process enhancements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, process improvement, or supply chain optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, APQP, PDP, GD&T, PPAP, and PFMEA.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
