Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and minimize costs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring that we have the right products in stock at the right time.
  • Implement and maintain health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for staff and customers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the best possible prices and service.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
