We are currently offering an engaging opportunity for a Customer Service Representative. This position plays a crucial role in our operations and is integral to our commitment to exceptional service.

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service professional to become part of our team. The selected candidate will manage various accounts and collaborate across all organizational levels while also addressing customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Address customer inquiries related to pricing, delivery, and technical assistance.
  • Provide updates on the status of customer orders.
  • Resolve service issues and customer disputes efficiently.
  • Process and monitor customer orders through our internal systems.
  • Verify customer details, including account numbers and pricing.
  • Track backorders and coordinate with production and distribution teams.
  • Prepare accurate quotations for customers.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
  • Offer technical support by utilizing available resources.
  • Respond promptly to all customer inquiries.

  • Effective management of sales orders and customer inquiries.
  • Understanding of pricing structures and ability to organize pricing information.
  • Proficiency in our internal systems.

  • Excellent telephone communication skills.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Professional demeanor with a proven track record in customer service.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in a customer service role.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to balance quality and efficiency.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle customer issues with patience and effectiveness.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A collaborative team player who contributes to a positive work environment.
  • Experience in the industry is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
