Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Project Manager to lead the upgrade from SAP ECC6 to SAP S/4HANA for the York Catholic District School Board. The successful candidate will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely and successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to project team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver the project.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring proactive mitigation and resolution.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and technical documentation.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in SAP project management, with a focus on upgrades and implementations.
  • Strong technical knowledge of SAP ECC6 and SAP S/4HANA, including data migration and system integration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Project management certifications, such as PMP or PRINCE2, are an asset.
