About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team at Appletree Medical Group. This exciting opportunity requires you to build your own book of business by selling our health programs, including occupational health and safety services, to corporations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Identify and prospect new clients through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Present and demonstrate our health programs and services to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients' needs are met.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors.
  • Attend industry conferences and networking events.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in selling health programs or services.
  • Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Must have a car and a valid driver's license.
  • Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.
  • Ability to work from the office and travel as required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
