Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Associate to provide clerical support to our schools and the Catholic Education Centre Administration Office. As an Administrative Support Associate, you will be responsible for assisting staff and the general public with various tasks, ensuring the efficient daily operation of the school or department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to staff and the general public
  • Assist with daily operations, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  • Communicate effectively with staff, students, and parents
  • Perform other related duties as required

Requirements:

  • Excellent working knowledge of computers and software applications
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum six (6) months of clerical experience required
  • School Board experience is an asset
