Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team. Requirements
  • At least 2+ years experience in healthcare and/or professional services (i.e. IT, office, and/or finance)
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
  • Ability to service a diverse portfolio with multiple priorities
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Personable with strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools (i.e. LinkedIn and Indeed) and systems
  • Advanced MS Office and willingness to learn new programs
  • Experience with Zoho is a considerable asset
